The holidays have come and gone and resolutions are in full effect—or are they? The majority of us are still trying to recover from damage done during the holiday season. We know it can be difficult to get back to your routine if you put on a few pounds or missed all your workouts. Instead of giving up on your resolutions, read on for some tips to help you get your diet, fitness and body sculpting goals back on track.

1. Hydrate Properly

If your body had been through a lot lately, it's better to recover as soon as you can by hydrating yourself! We all know the power of water inside our body, and it would be ideal to make an effort to hydrate yourself more than your usual routine. At the same time, there are also other routines you should do in oder to be back in the shape that you want. Of course, there is indeed a outmost effort you need to do, but everything will be worth it!
